Bon voyage to the Transition Year and fifth year students who are going to France on the French exchange to Lycée Thomas Corneille in Barentin, near Rouen tomorrow.  During their stay, the students will spend some time in class, experiencing what French school life is like.  They will also go on a day trip to Rouen, seeing the many tourist sights in this beautiful city.  A big thank you to Ms O Brien and Ms Phillips who have accompanied the students on the trip, which is both academically and culturally enriching.

Congratulations to the students who took part in the recent Poetry Aloud competition in the National Library.  They were Aisling Goff, Sophie Heaton, Ellen Devlin, Róisín Connaughton and Molly Hayes.  The girls gave a wonderful delivery of the prescribed poems and were highly commended by all present.
