Today all TY students took part in a Barista Training Workshop. Many thanks to Mike and Thomas from @dublin_barista_school who worked with our students. Students learned all about the training and career of a barista, how to use coffee making equipment, espresso technique, milk chemistry and texturing techniques and got an introduction to latte art design.
