We are delighted to announce our entry has been selected as the winner of the Best Video category for this year's SID 2020 Awards. The Webwise team and the judges we would like to congratulate us and the students involved. This was a wonderful entry and everyone involved should feel very proud!
The Judging Panel
There was a record number of entries to the SID Awards this year and winners were selected by an expert judging panel consisting of:
- The Anti-Bullying Center
- An Garda Síochána
- Data Protection Commissioners Office
- Education and SPHE Experts (PDST and NCCA)
- Head of Safety @ facebook for Europe, Middle East and Africa
- The Gaelic Players Association

The judges were incredibly impressed with the entry and commended the level of student engagement, the peer-led approach and were struck by the student focus and student leadership of the project. The judges would like to pass on their sincere congratulations.
The Prize
All winners and those highly commended will receive a certificate.
They very much regret the SID Awards Ceremony due to take place in April was postponed and following government guidance will not go ahead this year. They are however, looking into an alternative arrangement for winners.
Well done again and thanks to all the students for your wonderful contribution to promoting a safer, better internet, It is a great achievement.
