New School Mobile App - iClassCMS School App
We are delighted to announce that we are launching our new school App for the remainder of the Academic Year 2020/2021. Our new app has been in the planning for this past year and is very much part of our Green schools’ approach to endeavour to become a more paperless school.
Our new school mobile app will be an important feature of our communication system. All information in preparation for our return to school such as booklists, letters, links to school forms, news articles, messages and our school calendar will be sent through the notifications features on the app. This information will also be linked and displayed on our new school website.
We kindly ask that you download the app and register students in their current Year Group for this year 2020/2021.
It is important to register for the year that the student is currently in so that you receive the correct information.
Instructions for downloading and setting up
- Go to App Store and Search for “iclasscms”. The icon will look like this
- Install the App on your smartphone or device
- Select School - It will prompt your nearest school, if not simply type school name Coláiste Chraobh Abhann into the search box.
- Validation Code is sent to all parents
- Click ‘Register’.
- Add details
- Add student to the Year that they are in 2020/2021 school year as set out 1st - 6th Year.
- Adding more than one student - click on ‘students’ from the ≡ menu and then ‘+student’ icon in the top right corner and enter details. This will ensure that you receive all the relevant messages for each year group. Please note that you will once again be asked to enter the validation code after each student.
